Job Description
- Determining the sales strategy and objectives within the framework of macro policies and strategies
- Preparing and proposing the annual sales plan of the country
- Directing and controlling all sales activities of the company
- Optimize processes and improve the efficiency of the sales team by reviewing the input data by the sales team.
- Creating and managing the sales community reporting system optimally and providing the required analysis regarding the performance of the sales team members.
- Design and manage a system for calculating sales team rewards
- Follow the customer order process & fulfill their needs.
- Checking the quality of provided services to the customers.
- Beneficial communication with customers to introduce the goods and answering their possible questions.
- Creating beneficial customer relationships and achieving their satisfaction by good service.
- Eager to continuous learning, in order to develop professional knowledge.
- Providing solutions on attaining and keeping customers
Requirements
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience - At least 3 years of management experience - Familiarity to CRM activities - Professional in Negotiation and communication techniques and rules - Eager to teamwork - Stress management - General information on economic concepts - A bachelor’s degree in related field
