Job Description
- Supervise medical representative in order to achieve monthly sales volume objectives
- Plan and direct medical representative - training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs
- Update product knowledge on promotional material and articles to ensure the highest standard of sales representation.
- Review operational records and reports to marketing manager .
- Managing contact list
- Monitoring sales and marketing activities via double visit
- As a field - based position - being mostly in the field ( 70%of time spent in the field )
-Visit fields KOL - provide reports and plans - update on competitors activities - increase brand value - expand the market - share
