Job Description

- Lead, supervise, direct and control the sales team under supervision
- Creating strong sales relationships with customers
- Understanding the target market
- Carrying out relevant negotiations regarding the sale of the company's products.
- Establishing and maintaining business relations with customers
- Tendering (selection, proposal preparation, negotiations, etc)
- Contract negotiations, finalization & delivery
- Periodic preparation of marketing & sales reports

Requirements

- Age: 30 to 45 years - Military service: Completion of military service or exemption - Work experience: At least 2 years of supervisor experience - Education: Undergraduate degree and higher in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) - Software: Familiar with ICDL and AutoCAD is a privilege - English level: High Intermediate - Specialized knowledge and skills required: 1. Familiar with the electrical market, oil & gas industry 2. Ability to communicate with government departments 3. Good PR 4. Interested in B2B sales 5. Ability to comply with current principles of the organization 6. Interested in project selling 7. Familiar with the principles and techniques of negotiation
