- Communicating with customers and reviewing and following up sales affairs
- Tracking Sales process based on sales policies
- Tracking market and competitors
- Finance Tracking sales representatives
- Provide reports of activities performed in the sales unit
- Carrying out assigned missions in other provinces (monthly or quarterly)
- Plan and compile Promotion
Requirements
- At least 7 years’ experience in the market knowledge. - Familiar with tender documentation - Show effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills - Hard working, Team spirit, ٍEagerness for progress - Strong business judgement backed by analytical mindset and comfort generating and evaluating various forecasts, metrics, and analyses - Innovative problem-solving skills; dissecting root causes of problems and implementing solutions - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with proven ability to represent your organization in external meetings - Negotiation track-record and demonstrated ability to influence others - Strong Leadership and people management skills - Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them and meet deadlines - Passion about improving both customer and seller experience - Team spirit and enthusiasm about learnin - Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously - Proficient in Microsoft office.
