Job Description
To support the sales process by receiving orders, issuing P/I, invoice, and taking care of cargo delivery, and asking for payments as well.
To set appointments and maintain sales meeting schedules.
To send/receive and document letters.
To prepare reports and gathering corresponding information.
To maintain good coordination between the sales office and mill.
To Provide information on related exhibitions and going through the participation process.
To manage personnel insurance and required documents.
Travel across the country on a regular basis.
Gathering technical information from customers.
Requirements
Comprehensive skills in Microsoft office, good knowledge of Photoshop is a plus. Good command of English, written and spoken. Proficiency in administration and office tasks management. Experienced in archiving correspondence and staff documents. Capability to organize several tasks under pressure. Effective communication skills. Self-motivated and teamwork-oriented. Preferred age: 25-35. Enthusiastic to learn. Education: Preferably Materials engineering.
