Job Description

-Store, maintain, and record documents, prepare letters, forms, reports and official correspondences in both Persian and English in a professional way
-Manage office related affairs and communications
-Follow up actions of meetings and prepare regular progress reports for management.
-Responsible for receiving, dispatching and storing of emails
-Coordinate internal and external meetings and any office works (scheduling events and calendaring) to coordinate internal and external meetings
-Perform any duties defined by management for daily operation.


Requirements

-Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet -Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop -Typing skills without difficulty -High level of organization and self-discipline -High level of energy and motivation -Effective communication skill and Excellent Public relations -Excellent organizational skill -Desired start date: As soon as possible -Accounting knowledge and experience highly preferred -Procurement planning knowledge and experience is a plus -Ideal Age Range: 25 - 45
