Job Description
-Store, maintain, and record documents, prepare letters, forms, reports and official correspondences in both Persian and English in a professional way
-Manage office related affairs and communications
-Follow up actions of meetings and prepare regular progress reports for management.
-Responsible for receiving, dispatching and storing of emails
-Coordinate internal and external meetings and any office works (scheduling events and calendaring) to coordinate internal and external meetings
-Perform any duties defined by management for daily operation.
