Job Description

-Responsible for daily financial and accounting operations
-Record financial information and provide reports
-Manage all accounting transactions
-Calculation and issuance of payment documents and control of accounts
-Preparing TAX reports & value added tax seasonal reports
-Prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payments, observing other tax requirements
-Perform year-end closing processes and financial statements
-Controlling bank statements and petty cash
-Processes payroll, including compiling and inputting data from all employee time sheets, preparing payroll tax
-Prepare reports from financial information according to stated schedules
-Prepare non-routine financial report as requested
-Provide cover to the Management Accounts on monthly tasks which includes payroll, monthly billing and supplier payments

Requirements

-At least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required -At least 5 years of related experience -Strong knowledge of related laws and regulations including tax, insurance -Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with accuracy and attention to detail -Ideal Age Range: 25 - 32
