Job Description

Detailed analysis of selected industries and preparing industry reports:
- Identifying main industry segments and key market players within each segment.
- Preparing detailed industry reports using a widely accepted model (e.g. Porter’s 5 forces model).
- Providing investment recommendations at industry level (Public or Private).
Making and maintaining connections with other similar investment firms as a representative:
-Presenting the company as an active investment firm for potential future co-investments.
- Attending in investment events and identifying potential new investment opportunities.
- Play the role of contact person between the company and other peer companies.
Collaboration in due diligence procedure of new investment plans:
- Providing key financial inputs for financial modeling of new investment opportunities (e.g. CAPEX, OPEX, Revenue, etc.).
- Confirming inputs of financial models coming from peer companies as an investment opportunity.
Monitoring international trends and capital flows on a global basis to identify new investment opportunities:
- Identifying new potential profitable industries for investment purposes.
- Evaluating risk-return characteristics of those industries and minimum required investment amount to enter to the market.
- Identifying key international market players in identified industries for potential co-investments.
