Job Description

- Prepare and keep Job descriptions updated for all positions in business units
- Identify and analyze employees’ competency gaps
- Analyze, design, develop, deliver and assess trainings to address the business needs
- Implement and supervise Training module in HR ERP system (IFS)
- Analyze and integrate performance management outputs with training needs
- Develop integrated training dashboard and generate Reports

Requirements

Education: - Master's degree in HR Management, MBA or Industrial engineering with focus on HR from credible universities Experience: - Minimum 5 years of experience in a learning and development position Knowledge & Skills: - Fluent in English - In depth knowledge of organization development, training process and competency concept - Familiar with ERP systems Behavioral qualities: - Effective Communication - Self- Motivation - Perseverance - Passion to learn - Hands-on practice
