Senior Product Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our design team and play a key role in shaping the experience of both our customers and sellers. You will be responsible for turning complex problems into clear, elegant, and scalable solutions that balance user needs with business goals. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations, you will help define product direction, design flows and systems, and ensure that every detail meets the highest standards of usability and craft. Duties: ·  ·        Translate ambiguous problems into structured, testable design briefs with goals, metrics, and risks. ·        Design solutions that drive measurable business impact and deliver a seamless, intuitive user experience. ·        Create production-ready flows and states (loading, empty, error, edge cases) for web and mobile; ensure scalability and accessibility. ·        Prototype at the right fidelity, run usability tests, and iterate based on evidence. ·        Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver feasible, creative solutions. Communicate concepts and decisions with clear, structured storytelling for technical and non-technical audiences.
