Senior Product Designer

Job Description

Responsibilities: Lead the full design lifecycle, from research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and scalable delivery. Translate complex user and business problems into high-impact product solutions. Define and refine user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces with a focus on quality and consistency. Drive cross-functional alignment with product, engineering, research, and data teams. Lead or co-lead user research and usability testing, turning insights into actionable recommendations. Evolve and maintain the design system, ensuring coherence across the product. Advocate for user needs and communicate design decisions effectively to all stakeholders. Measure the success of design solutions using product metrics and user feedback. Mentor designers and support design quality across the team. Requirements: 5+ years of professional experience in product design. Strong, impact-oriented portfolio showcasing end-to-end product ownership. Expertise in Figma, design systems, and interaction design. Deep understanding of usability, accessibility, and user research practices. Strong communication, storytelling, and alignment-building skills. Experience working in cross-functional, agile product teams. Ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
