Job Description

•Main Objective:
Senior Recruiter is one of the key positions in TAPSI, with responsibility to support the company with finding and recruiting best in class talents at mid to senior levels; Specially given fast growth of TAPSI and the importance of talent in such an environment, Senior Recruiter needs to support the organization to achieve its goals by sourcing high quality human capital. The ideal candidate needs to have extensive experience in recruiting and be familiar with HR concepts

•Main Responsibilities:
-Write and post job descriptions on career websites and university boards
-Source candidates by using databases and social media
-Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
-Conduct phone, Skype and/or in-person interviews
-Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
-Help the hiring team with recruiting methods
-Contact new employees and prepare on-boarding sessions
-Prepare new hire paperwork ensuring legislation requirements are met
-Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
-Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
-Attend job fairs and careers events

Requirements

-Minimum Bachelor's Degree in HR, Management, Organizational Psychology or any other relevant fields, Top 10 Universities (Sharif, Tehran, Beheshti) -Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet definite deadlines -Proven work experience as a Recruiting coordinator or Recruiter -Strong communication, both oral and written -Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and Power Point -Strong analytical skills with attention to detail -Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices -Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks -Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems -Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn -Fluent in English
