-Identify and documenting organizational processes
-Analysis and troubleshooting of system and processes and define improvement projects
-Control the proper implementation of processes in the organization.
-Determine, measure and monitor objectives and KPI of the system and processes
-Manage risks that can affect outputs of the processes and overall outcomes of the quality management system.
-Plan and implement internal audits of the system and prepare nonconformities report.
-Determine following up corrective actions according to root cause analysis.
-Train processes and documents to related stakeholders
Requirements
-At least 5 years of experience in related field -Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, MBA or Master Degree in System Management and Productivity Knowledge, Experience and Skills: -Ability to analyze and model processes -Intermediate knowledge in one of the Process reference models such as APQC -Quality Management System Implementation Experience -Experience of conducting and leading internal audits -Working Skills with Visio and Excel and -Intermediate knowledge in Power BI and BPMS General and behavioral abilities: -Effective negotiation and communication -Team working -System thinking -problem solving -Intermediate English knowledge Age: Preferably between 30-35 years
