• Launch Site Search Forms, issued by Planning and Optimization Department based on Nominal Network according to a validated annual plan.

• Launch Site Leases assessment and negotiation for any site modification according to a validated annual plan.
• Ensure to receive from sub-contractor multiple site candidates that shall be pursued in parallel (3) to avoid start-stop sequential delays unless if there is any evidence.
• Coordinate with Network Planning & Optimization Department the assessment on the suitability of a site candidate and to avoid as far as possible an additional site survey by area specialist, i.e. assessment on RF and Transmission conditions, the viability of civil works, environmental aspects, and logistical challenges, the proximity of roads and electricity, as well as legal aspects.
• Launch and coordinate the very difficult Site Process to ensure a solution is found in case of difficulty in Site Identification or Negotiation.
• Submit to Site Administration Management team all planned works on existing sites for a lease assessment.
• Coordinate the Lease Agreement Process upon approval of a site candidate by area specialists (RF and TRM Engineering).
• Ensure Site Administration Management or the Customer provides the Lease Agreement Guidelines (Price and deviation, template).
• Ensure to obtain all necessary build permissions from governing authorities (as applicable: planning and building permits, aviation safety approval, health, safety, and environmental approvals, approvals from roads department (proximity of towers to roads and waterways).
• Report any issues to senior management related to any lease not compliant with the Customer Lease terms and conditions Guidelines (price, duration, etc. ).
• Following conclusion of Lease Agreement and obtaining all the necessary build permits, ensure the subcontractor provides a site file containing:
• Site Survey Report, with selected candidate signed off by area specialists (RF, Transmission Engineers, and Legal Department);
• Proof of ownership (records as pre-defined by the Legal Department);
• All permits required for site build;
• Confirmation of incentive/ retention payment by Finance (where applicable);
• Summary of key details, such as location, ownership details and contacts, and access rights.
• Participate if any to the Kick-Off visit with the Civil Works team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technical fields • 2 years of relevant working experiences within the mobile or telecommunications industry related to Technical Filed. • Communication Skills. • Relationship Building. • Team Work. • Conflict Management. • Hard Working. • Subcontractor Management. • Internal relationship with all involved teams.
