Job Description
-Manages company social media channels, including Instagram, website, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms
-Manage and schedule the social media calendar by Creating dynamic written, graphic, and video content also be able to generate, editing, and sharing daily content (text, images, video) which causes customers to engage and take actions
-Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews in all of our sales channels.
-Creates content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation
-Works as part of a team to develop large social media campaigns
-Analyses and reports audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects
-Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content
-Works with marketing and social media team members to coordinate ad campaigns with social media strategy
-Writes and distributes e-newsletters to subscribers
-Manages social media communications
-Uses timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analyzing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visit
-Improving digital brand awareness; monitoring brand and digital credit among competitors; analyzing customer actions and responding to them in social network channels
-Define and measure the effectiveness campaigns and social media KPIs -Create engaging written content for blog and social networks
-Provide managers with required reports in a timely manner
