Job Description

-Creating and implementing a dynamic content strategy on these social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
-Coordinate with social media team members and content team leader
-Managing the production and dissemination of content on social networks (Telegram, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)
-Designing targeted advertising campaigns and optimizing campaigns based on feedback
-Managing brainstorming sessions and finalizing ideas
-Investigating and analyzing user behavior in social networks
-Manage and oversee social media content
-Measure the success of every social media campaign
-Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
-Use social media marketing and analytics tools

Requirements

-2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist (work in Startup is It is an advantage) -Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn -Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics -Experience with persona research -Good understanding of social media KPIs -Familiarity with design and publishing -Excellent multitasking skills -Critical thinker and problem-solving skills -Team player -Good time-management skills -Great interpersonal and communication skills -Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing -Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams -Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization -Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
