Job Description

In charge of the deliverable of volume target market share as agreed with the senior manager of the company as a monthly base
Operate promotion in the market as per the company policy and market needs
In charge of defining territory strategies to grow the volume year on year and also gaining market share
In charge of controlling the expenses of operation by optimizing the same without any mistake
Responsible for maintenance of stocks by SKU and ensure to shortage /excess in the stock keeping by controlling the number of stocks
Responsible provide feedback and another essential report on sales and finance to the manager in the central office.
Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales
Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
Perform recruitment and training by recruiting

Requirements

Proven branch management experience or similar role in FMCG industry Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices Ability to meet sales targets and goals Excellent organizational skills Results driven and customer focused BS in Business Administration or related field - Having MBA Certificate would be a privilege Excellent communication and writing skills Great leadership skills Microsoft Office literacy Strong analytical skills At least 4 years of experience in management, finance, sales or a relevant business role Ideal Age Range: 35 - 45 years old
