Job Description

Job purpose and summary:
The main goal in this job is to plan and ensure the alignment and compliance of the strategy of the subsidiaries and the parent company.

Job Description:
-Analysis of business model of subsidiaries
-Determining and designing the style of interaction with subsidiaries
-Identify and analyze trends and strategic issues related to environmental developments of subsidiaries
-Participate in formulating / updating the strategy of subsidiaries
-Identify opportunities for synergy between subsidiaries and the parent company
-Interacting the strategy of subsidiaries with key stakeholders
-Implement the strategy by creating the necessary mechanisms in interaction with subsidiaries
-Periodic monitoring, analysis and reporting on the performance of subsidiaries
-Identify and analyze the achievements of strategy implementation in subsidiaries

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering / Management / MBA At least 3 years in similar job positions Completion of military service or exemption from it Language: English above average Specialized competencies: -Mastery of strategy management models -Mastery of holding management models -Mastery of performance management models (design, implementation, analysis and evaluation) -Familiarity with the principles, techniques and tools of data analysis and cause and effect analysis -Familiarity with the principles of value chain management -Mastery in preparing and presenting management reports -Familiarity with risk management -Familiarity with the concepts of program and budget -Familiarity with trade rules -Ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders inside and outside the organization -Software: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Tableau
