Job Description
- Monitor and control the loading and testing of switch versions
- Manage switch and back office access
- Analyze problems arising in critical situations and find possible causes of the problem
- Monitoring the performance of contracting companies (Intech & Tosan)
- Overseeing the follow-up and briefing of partner companies in times of crisis in the context of switches (Tosan, Intech, Saman Bank, Shaparak and IT Services) to resolve the problem
- Controlling transaction logs, identifying and identifying failed transactions, and providing confirmation of transaction status and refunds to customer accounts
Requirements
- Individual characteristics such as responsibility, honesty, stress management, etc. - Able to work on special occasions, holidays and morning hours - Familiarity with ISO 8583 - System maintenance experience for at least 1 or 2 years - Familiarity with running Windows systems (referring to Windows sysadmin topics) (No special qualification like MCSE is required, but it is a privilege) - Ability to query Microsoft SQL Server database - Ability to deploy and maintain Windows service and web applications on IIS - Introduction to the concepts of information security - Familiarity with the concepts and tools of Windows service and web software testing Service documentation and software deployment experience Familiarity with PayPal Iran and Shaparak documentation is a privilege Understanding JPoS is a plus The ability to write Shell Power Scripts is a bonus Familiarity with Server and Storage
