Job Description

- Responsible for A-Z of the selection process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding plan
- Developing and executing HR policies, procedures, and regulations
- Implementing and updating performance management system
- Developing, updating, and Improving HR databases
- Providing reports on HR performance and KPI’s
- Developing and conducting HR-related surveys and analyze the results

Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of work experience in the field of HRM - Bachelor or master degree in HR or relevant fields - Familiar with HR Processes - Familiar with Labor Law & SSO - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Proficiency in the English language is a Must!
