Requirements
- At least bachelor degree in HR field (MBA and industrial Engineering are also welcomed)
- 2 to 3 years of experience in HR field (fresh graduates are also welcomed)
- Good level of understanding of Talent Management concepts
- Strong level of communication and presentation skills
- Strong command of English
- High level of accountability & responsibility
- Good level of team work
- Able to think in agile way and confident to take challenges
- Good computer skills with proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
