Job Description

• Supervise the group of drivers enabling them to deliver a quality service
• Ensure that the drivers meet the minimum required HSE standards of Company
• Review the driver's time sheet, attendance, absence and report to approving authority
• Check the invoices received from the transportation contractor for the leasing of vehicles and provision of drivers for final approval by the approving authority
• Define and execute the regular maintenance for transportation assets
• Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety and quality management
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, subordinates and supervisors
• Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality and personal appearance
• Act as contract holder for the leasing of transportation vehicles such as cars & mini buses

Requirements

• A minimum of High School Diploma • Coordinate with vendor to change or return for non-conformance materials. • Develops and maintains relations with local authorities and agencies such as government, suppliers, etc. to ensure proper provision of services and acts as company representative for procurement. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with co-workers, subordinates and supervisors. • Acting as section head when the head absence. • Good command of English • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role • Knowledge of computer operation and software applications • Ability to manage a small budget
