Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic UI/UX Designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our product.
Main responsibilities:
- Improve the look and feel of software product.
- Follow a user-centered design process.
- Perform and implement user research.
- Lead design process from concept development through wireframes to high-fidelity specifications.
- Create an intuitive user interface that meets customer needs.
- Conduct research, usability, and product testing to validate and improve designs and responsiveness.
- Work creatively through technical challenges and visualizing design problems.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast pace environment.
- Ability to provide wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes for new ideas.

Requirements

- 2+ years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UI/UX design. - Knowledge of Agile and Scrum processes. - Knowledge of wireframing tools (Balsamiq, etc) & user flows. - Proficiency using various industry-standard tools (Sketch, Adobe XD, inVision, etc.) - Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. - In-depth understanding of UI; Understanding latest design and technology trends and their role in a commercial environment. - Able to work independently and as an active team member.
