Job Description

-Interaction with passengers
-Answering passengers
-Provide quality customer service in person and over the phone
-Interact positively and communicate effectively internally with staff, GM, marketing, tour, and tour managers as needed
-Create, complete, and manage accurate and timely reports to the manager
-Create, maintain, modify, and manage all visa events in a computerized environment
-Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by tour manager or other management
-Scan and type all the visa forms
-Preparing visa documents for embassies and if necessary going to the embassies with passengers
-Reporting to: Tour manager
-Filling out visa application forms
-Working hours: 8:30 a.m. – 17:00 p.m.
*Duration: 1 year contract
*Commission / Bonus: yes

Requirements

-Good communication skills -Making good relationship with clients -Ability to consult suitably and based on customer requirements -Computer literate in word, excel and power point -Fluent in English (Writing, Reading, Speaking) -Preferable if speaking other language -Ideal Age Range: 20 - 35
