In the position of Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for controlling materials receipt, in-house transportation and shipment of product to Iranian Affiliate ensuring Employer’s property is kept safe in accordance with relevant Iranian legislation and Novo Nordisk rules and regulations.
The main responsibilities are:
• Material inventory Count in LMT in strict compliance with Iranian legislation and NN requirements;
• Ensure SAP and other stock-taking systems are handled properly and in time. Reporting timely to
warehouse manager;
• Work with documentation of all Warehouse activities in strict compliance with Iranian legislation
and NN requirements;
• Perform daily tasks as reception, registration in SAP ERP, put-away activity systematically as well
as physical movements;
• Supporting production in material delivery and receiving back;
• Receiving the products from production and get them ready to dispatch to distributions;
• Inventory control (compliance physical inventory with system SAP);
• Waste handling follow ups and make sure to have proper process of waste material control;
• Be in line with manager tasks and perform per request.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (technical degree or business administration); • Drug and food manufacturing environment preferably international companies; • Experienced in warehousing and SAP ERP; • Warehousing knowledge and supply chain familiarity; • QC/QA process knowledge and experience; • IT skills(Excel, word, Power point, SAP system and/or other warehousing systems); • Language skills (English in upper intermediate level); • Communication and negotiation skills, team working, time management.
