Responsibility: Collaborating and maintaining communication with other team members Building connections with other teams Attending design sessions and contributing to the planning process Performing in-depth code reviews - Taking ownership of the project being worked on Ability to switch between projects easily Mentoring new joiners and providing guidance to junior members Delivering high-quality outcomes completely independently Job requirements: Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript Proficient in ReactJS and its ecosystem Knowledge of Typescript Proficient in responsive design Proficient in writing unit and e2e tests Familiarity with core web vitals and performance optimization Familiarity with clean code principles Good Knowledge of Git VCS Good Knowledge of Gitlab and ability to understand and modify CI/CD pipelines Familiar with Agile and its ceremonies Ability to learn quickly and operate in a fast-pasted environment Ability to lead a vertical of 2 to 3 front-end developers Familiarity with build toolchains and ability to make small changes to them if required Ability to spot and automate repetitive processes
