Job Description
- Prioritizing HR department goals, plans and actions based on company's strategic goals
- Developing corporate HR policies and instructions
- Identifying challenges and areas for improvement in HR
- Supervising HR operations
- Supervising and cooperating in designing, assessing and improving HR processes
- Conducting human resource planning and setting budget
- Conduct and follow up Training and Development Plans, Performance management
- Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs
- Plan, design and conduct motivational programs to increase Employee Satisfaction
-Helping to improve organizational structure by updating job requirements and job description for all positions
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Management fields, MBA, HRM or Industrial Engineering (degree in HRM is an advantage) - At least 10 Years experience in HR including 5 years in a Manager position - Professional knowledge of all HR processes - Knowledge required: - Personnel and Human Resources; Education and Training; Administration and Management; Customer and Personal Service; Psychology Skills & Abilities required: Complex Problem Solving; Judgment and Decision Making; Negotiation; Active Learning; Critical Thinking; Monitoring; Systems Analysis; Time Management; Learning Strategies; - Ideal Age Range: 40 – 55
