BU & HVAC Engineer is responsible for engineering discipline tasks to support the establishment, installation and validation of the facility production support systems, including daily operation and maintenance of production support system, build up preventive maintenance planning, execution and management the daily operation & maintenance issues and guarantee the pharmaceutical utilities, cold room and HVAC systems run smoothly.
• Daily operation of production support systems (pharmaceutical utility, cold room, HVAC, FMS&BMS system).
• Develop quality mindset in the area; ensure compliance with legal or regulatory requirements and the Novo Nordisk Quality System including policies and safety rules.
• Assist in training and development of local plant organization to ensure goals for fast ramp up into stable delivery
• Establish maintenance plan for facilities.
• Support throughout the project with extensive expertise within maintenance and engineering
• Assist in development of project standards in compliance to NN standards for utilities and maintenance.
• Build up preventative maintenance planning
• Provide oversight of the EPCM deliverables of project to ensure all GMP standards, and assist
in the planning of FAT, SAT and validation requirements
• Assist in the planning and participate in IQ and OQ.
Requirements
• Mechanical/HVAC/Electrical Engineer or other relevant university degree. • Excellent command of written and spoken English. • At least 5 years’ experience from maintenance function in automotive industry or GMP regulated industry • 3-5 years pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred • Knowledge of the following systems: Cooling water, compressed air, HVAC, boiler, heating water, cold warehouse and sewer system • Knowledge of validation of HVAC systems for pharmaceutical industries, validation of equipment and facilities is preferred • 3-5 years engineering experience in execution of operation & maintenance activities, follow up on results, facility equipment operation, maintenance, design, Process improvement, root cause analysis Working at Novo Nordisk At Novo Nordisk, your skills, dedication and ambition help us change lives for the better.
