Job Description
The mission of this position is to prepare and design the brand and product development plan.
The core responsibilities of a Brand Strategy Manager at Zarrin would be:
- Designing and developing a brand strategic plan (long-term) presentation of relevant justification programs (market image, growth trends, opportunities, and threats).
- Designing and developing the integrated brand marketing plan and ensuring brand identity
- Estimating the annual marketing budget separated into brand required activities
- Design the main idea of annual campaigns based on the brand strategy
- Design and monitoring of product packaging manufacturing
- Plan and develop the program and provide the required data to make decisions about the promotion and completion of the product.

- Regular meetings with the CRM & R&D unit to discuss the potential problems of product quality.
- Designing the market and consumer research in collaboration with the CMI unit with respect to the needs of the brand.
- Market data analysis from market research companies and personnel within the company about brand status (including sales/presence/quality feedback / promotional materials status).
- The pricing strategy in dealing with all departments related to the funds of the market research and analyzing the activities of the competitors.
- Working closely with Operation unit to ensure coordination of implementing activities with the strategy
- Supervising the design team to design the brand and monitoring production
- Regular meetings with the sales department and review existing solutions to promote sales
- Analyzing the product, sales, and marketing activities of competitors
Requirements
- +4 years of brand management, or multi-national experience, preferably from FMCG - BS/MS degree in Marketing or a related field, MBA preferred - Strengths with strategic and analytical thinking - Ability to make tight deadlines - Ability to drive innovation and brand growth - Strong leadership, innovation, and interpersonal collaborations skills; - Proven result orientation and risk management - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
