Job Description
- Supervise the affairs of the kitchen and the way of cooking (quality, speed, diversity and quantity)
- Train the personnel in accordance with the rules and instructions of the company
- Checking the storage of food and detergents and update the list of incoming consumables
- Carrying out administrative affairs related to catering and hotel management and submit the breakdown reports
- Supervise the cleaning of rig accommodation facilities and offices according to current instructions.
- Prepare the monthly and weekly provision list
- Supervise the hygienic washing of the laundry
- Supervise the spraying insects and vermin with the cooperation of the safety officer
Requirements
- University Qualifications: BSc in Management, Hotel Management. - Other certifications obtained: BOSIET, HUET, Medical Card. - Nature and length of previous experience: Campboss. - Specialist knowledge: Managing a crew with at least 12 members. - Soft Skills and Personality traits: Teamwork, Leadership Skills, Communication Skills.
