Job Description
The roles and responsibilities include as below but are not limited to:
- Supervising ongoing construction activities
- Expediting progress of all related contractors
- Site inspection responsible
- Checking out material inspections, method statement to be followed
- Arrange the temporary work
- Lead planning and implementation of the project
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action
- Make sure the civil scope of work is completed on time and in a safe manner.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Writing, evaluating, negotiating, and executing various contracts covering a range of transactions
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Problem solving contract related issues.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering. - Fluent in the implementation of power plant. - Have 10 years of executive supervision experience - Having the necessary experience in CIVIL - Experience in working on EPC industrial projects - Good level of English or Russian language (Preferably Russian), with good written and verbal communication skills. - Professional in AutoCAD, ICDL, Etabs, Safe, SAP - A team player with a "can-do" attitude, polite, patient, personable, respectful, and flexible. - Gender Preference: Male - Ideal Age Range: Less than 45
