Job Description

- Implement new or improved supply chain processes to improve efficiency or performance.
- Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as sales, marketing, finance, production, or quality assurance.
- Confer with supply chain planners to forecast demand or create supply plans that ensure availability of materials or products
- Fill out medicine import pricing forms
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders.
- Plan, perform and coordinate all foreign commercial affairs such as sourcing, correspondence, negotiating, ordering, contracting, custom releasing and etc.
- Prepare purchase orders, bid proposals, and review requisitions for goods and services
- Analyze price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to determine reasonable prices
- Monitor and follow applicable regulations
- Negotiate, renegotiate and administer contracts with foreign suppliers and customers
- Monitor shipments to ensure that goods come in on time and resolve problems related to undelivered goods
- Confer with customers and suppliers to discuss unacceptable goods or services and determine corrective action
- Maintain and review computerized or manual records of prices, items purchased, costs, deliveries, product performance and inventories
- Meet with suppliers to discuss performance metrics, to provide performance feedback, or to discuss production forecasts or changes.

Requirements

- Minimum bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, MBA, or similar relevant field. - Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience. - Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. - Experience in Drug manufacturing is Advantage - Good time-management skills. - Great interpersonal and communication skills. - English language fluency - Ideal Age Range: 27 - 35
