Job Description:
- Handling and coordinating commercial affairs such as order obtaining
- Answer to inquiries and following them
- Direct contact with customers according to specified elements
- Creating purchase orders, based on company purchase policies
- Getting price lists from suppliers
- Negotiate with suppliers on payment methods
- Handle recording of orders and relevant archiving
- Working hours: Sat-Wed 8:30 am-4:30 pm / Thursday 8:30 am-12:30 pm

Requirements

Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience as a commercial expert or in purchasing and or procurement field - Self-disciplined, diligent and team work skills - Good negotiation skills - Relevant experience in Oil, gas and Petrochemicals will be considered as an advantage - Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel, Outlook - Male and female Job Category: Purchasing & Procurement Employment type: Full Time
