•Main Objective: Increase the speed and quality of commercial process
•Main Responsibilities: -Perform and coordinate all foreign commercial activities and affairs such as sourcing, corresponding, negotiating and ordering to make the best purchase package -Prepare and handle all necessary documentation from Performa Invoice to shipping documents, customs affairs and commercial registration procedures -Be up-to-date of current regulations and monitor applicable law changes -Make arrangement and coordinate shipments with sellers/suppliers and resolve any possible issue/ force in regards to transportation or client claim -Check reliability of new suppliers -Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems -Handle recording of orders and relevant archiving -Assists commercial Manager and works as a member of a cohesive team -Resolves issues with contracts and commercial operations -Communicates with parties in a contract so that all understand the terms, particularly a contract's financial aspects -Assesses risks and makes recommendations based on a thorough analysis of all factors involved in a business situation -Reporting to: Commercial Director -Subordinates: Commercial Expert and customs broker *Length of Probation Period: 3 Month -Working Hours: Saturday - Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. to 17:00 p.m. / Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 13:00 p.m. -Travel requirements: yes. Inside and outside the country
Requirements
-Master of Business or Commercial Management
-Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement/commercial field
-Ability to create reports and documents for procedures and tasks
-Comprehensive knowledge of foreign procurement and commercial procedures, regulations, sourcing and correspondence
-Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
-Advanced in ICDL , Proficient in working with computer and internet
-Gender Preference: Female
