Job Description

Position Purpose:
The incumbent is responsible to actively manage internal and external stakeholders, monitor and advocate for a fair regulatory framework, conduct CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and CI projects within company objectives and perform internal and external communication activities.

Area of Responsibilities:
Internal and External Stakeholders Management:
• Perform stakeholder mapping and evaluate each one’s influence on the business
• Build up sustainable relations with them while considering company policies and promote compliancy of the company
Corporate Affairs Written Communication:
• Prepare company positions and advocacy letters with reliable arguments on Regulations to make sure a fair structure and regulatory framework is shaped for the business
Implementing Corporate Affairs strategies:
• Stablish, conduct and follow up Community Investment and Corporate Social Responsibility projects based on company strategy
• Understand the issues that could affect our future success and proactively manage these opportunities and risks
Cross Communications:
• Perform global and local communication campaigns to express JTI brand and to make sure all company targets, values and news is completely spread across the company
Corporation’s Communications:
• Media and regulatory environment monitoring to ensure a fair regulation is enforced on the business and correct news about the company is shared in media.
• Ensure that all applicable industry related regulations are fully implemented in the company

Requirements

Education: • University degree in Management, Communication, Administration or Law Work Experience and competencies: • Min 5 years of professional and relevant experience in same position Functional Skills: • Strong communication and presentation skills • Powerful leadership and relationship management skills • Effective negotiation skill with ability to reduce misunderstandings and increase engagement • Good computer skills with proficiency in MS office applications Language Skills: • Excellent verbal and written English communication and consulting skills
