Job Description
-Designing, training, implementing, monitoring, and controlling cost and financial accounting processes and procedures.
-Financial transactions entry and monitoring in all finance areas.
-Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported and Monitoring the day-to-day Trade financial operations within the Procurement, sales, production & Financial Department for proper invoicing, and other transactions.
-Production Cost Accounting monitoring and optimizing.
-Reviewing and validating the chart of account for manufacturing industries.
-Fixed Asset Management.
-Designing account payable and account receivable postings per different Item groups.
-Prepare reconciliation reports including bank and other modules with GL and accounts .
-Validating financial reports related to GL, account payables, account receivables, fixed assets, expenses, Invoices etc.
-Month closing and Year end management.
-Monitoring the Inventory counting .
-Collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information of Trade including Sale and Purchase processes .
-Arrange for Payment to vendors and collection form customers in coordination with Treasury.
-Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.
Requirements
-B.S. degree or Plus in Accountancy or Finance, Economics, Business Studies, Management. -Minimum 5 years’ experience in Finance Department. -Good knowledge of accounting software’s (Ability to work with SAP or any other international ERPs is a plus). -Owning profound knowledge on designing the chart of account for manufacturing industries. -Expert in cost accounting and industrial costing for manufacturing industries. -In-depth understanding of International Trade & Finance requirements with extensive knowledge in focusing on global Supply and relevant activities. -In-depth understanding of contracts in terms of financial . -Knowledge of Sales and Purchase Invoicing and expediting, Codes and Standards. -Knowledge of international accounting standards like IFRS is a plus. -Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. -Ability to work under pressure. -Being accurate and eager to learn concepts and new tools and systems. -Good Communication skills and ability to work in a team based environment. -Ability to follow procedures and workflows. -Excellent verbal, written and communication skills both in English. -Ideal Age Range: 30 - 40 .
