Job Description

- Manage within his functional area, the operational relationship with the Customer, securing to achieve a high level of satisfaction from the Customer regarding the performance.
- Follow within his functional area, all internal agreements (WLA) between the Project and other delivery organizations.
- Responsible for Managing the Network Operations objectives in the field, which includes performing preventative & Corrective maintenance End to End responsibility.
- Follow within his functional area, the external operational agreements (OLA) between any delivery organization and the Customer.
- Follow within his area, all governance instances (internal or external) and ensure operational and financial performance are being correctly monitored and reported.
- Supervise and follow the department’s day to day activities, define priorities, choose orientations, and take decisions.
- Identify the telecommunication requirements of their organizations and recommend purchases accordingly.
- Identify and assess the requirements and issues of current telecommunications’ systems.
- Monitor the performance of their subordinate team members in their daily activities.
- Maintains policies and procedures for installing, troubleshooting, repairing.
- Respond quickly and effectively to resolve various trouble tickets, monitoring system and network performance issues in accordance with applicable policies.
- Completion of the PM & Task as scheduled.
- Achievement of the FLM KPIS and maintain Network Availability.

Requirements

- Excellent knowledge of process of Telecom Operator processes and the constraints related. - Familiar with Network Operation and technical support work flow. - Analytical & Problem Solving. - Communication Skills. - Creativity & Innovation. - Anticipation & Adaptation. - Team Work. - Work under Pressure. - Proactive - Minimum of 10 years working experience in relevant technical fields. - At least 4 years of experience in telecom equipment maintenance. - At least BS degree in related majors such as Telecommunication Engineering, etc. - Fluent English. - Good knowledge of MS Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, etc.). - Ability to work off hours depending on Network outages and customer requests. - 24x7 availability to support after office hours, and be able to relocate with in the country. - Ability to travel without advance notice throughout the area of Managed Services.
