Job Description

- Responsible for the coordination and execution of key quality assurance reviews, including providing major input to planning and testing, as well as identification, development, and documentation of exceptions related to quality assurance reviews.
- Implement and enhance QA methodologies to ensure consistency and high quality in customer care procedures.
- Anticipate trends enabling the operational customer service lines to be proactive.




Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or equivalent experience - Deep understanding and experience in QA methodologies, tools, and practices - 5+ years experience in QA or QC
