• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone and computer panel • Analyze and report product malfunctions • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers • Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance • Follow up with customers to ensure their queries are responded • Gather customer feedback and share with our Sales and Marketing teams • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
