Job Description

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone.
• Analyze and report product malfunctions.
• Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
• Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
• Gather customer feedback and share with our Sales and Marketing teams.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

Requirements

• Gender: Only Female • At least 3 years of related experience • At least Bachelor of Science • Great Communication Skills is expected • The great candidate is Hard-Working, Resilient & Team Player
