- Respond to customer (tourists) queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone or chat - Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features - Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance - Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members - Inform customers about new features and functionalities - Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
Requirements
- At least BSc in any major
- Fluency in English and Turkish (Fluency in Arabic or Russian is a strong point)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar role
- Familiarity with our industry is a plus (Tourism services)
