Monitoring datacenter infrastructure and services` performance to determine incidents, events and problems
Analyzing, diagnosing and troubleshooting datacenter services
Handling the request`s and incident`s tickets and timely follow-up and communication during the life-cycle of the incident`s ticket
Reporting, documenting, resolving problems and customer supporting
Working hours: Day and Night Shifts
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar field required
3 years of experience in Datacenter and Service Provider
Well-experienced in DNS, Virtualization and Enterprise Email
Familiar with Cloud, SAN Storage, Object Storage, FTP and Linux concepts
Familiar with LPIC1, VCP and MCSA
Interested in IT and datacenter new technologies
Ability to work well with other groups in order to resolve incidents
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure situation
Good understanding of ITIL and ticketing Systems
Intermediate English Knowledge
