Job Description
Consolidate demand planning activities to create a rolling 18- month unconstrained demand plan.
Generate a rolling forecast (short-term forecasts at the technical code level and long-term forecasts at format level) in the respect of the Group standards and best practices.
Prepare data for the generation of the baseline forecast. Manage the input of relevant promotions, new products, POS, customer, and market trends, to develop an enriched rolling forecast. Will manage the timely arrival of inputs for the forecast cycle.
Interface with customers, sales, marketing, and supply planning to obtain the necessary information for the forecasting process.
Participate in the volume budget process.
Highlight risks and opportunities in sales volume based on statistical analysis, activity evaluations, and Sales feedback.
Prepare and participate in the Demand, S&OP, and Budget meetings (documentation, reporting).
Coordinate with local brand building and customer marketing teams on innovation and promotion plans and forecast, respectively.
Follow-up performance indicators and build/conduct action plans to meet sales forecasts, stock level, and customer service objectives.
Support and improve sales forecast collection process and challenge sales teams.
Facilitate arbitration, if needed.
Requirements
University Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management. 4-8 years’ experience in production or production planning or demand planning. SC technical skills: S&OP process, Demand Planning Process, KPIs and reporting. Communication Skills. Customer Service. Planning experience. Cross functional. Business understanding.
