Job Description

This role works closely under CEO's supervision and serves as his right hand and problem identifier and solver across the whole company to facilitates and ensure all the desired outcomes and help in overcoming any hindrance of achieving of achieving goals of the company.
▪ make sure the projects are within time, cost and quality
▪ Prepare reports for the CEO, identifying issues, apparent problems,
opportunities and service gaps, and recommend initiatives and amendments to
policies and procedures, as required.
▪ Consistently monitor management information reports identifying issues,
challenges, opportunities and service gaps, and direct the executive management
team to follow up.
▪ Ensure that the the company operates in a cost-effective manner and propose an annual
budget and cost framework for sustainable activities

Requirements

• 10 years of related work experience • graduated in management, engineering, architecture and other related fields • Familiar with construction companies in terms of organizational structures, EPCF, contractors and so forth. • Knowledge of applied internal management • Familiar with business laws and commercial codes and income tax rules and regulations • Background of working in management of contractors or binding contracts for construction projects • General knowledge of labor law • Knowledge of management including finance, conflict management, human resource and so forth. • Familiar with negotiation techniques and relationship management
