Job Description
- Serve as the engineering leader and technical expert
- Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work
- Direct, review, and confirm the accuracy of the work performed and the methods used by engineering staff
- Create detailed engineering plans, processes, and procedures for engineering staff to use and abide by
- Negotiate with clients to meet their technical requirements
- Communicate effectively with project and commercial team
- Communicate effectively with tender team to prepare technical proposals
- As a senior member of the team, mentor, support, and level up the junior team members.
