Provides support to senior management with organization, scheduling, correspondence, human resources, and meetings.
Takes responsibility and ownership of office organization, project management, deadline compliance, and important documents and files.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities • Friendly and professional demeanor • Ability to multitask and priorities tasks • Attention to detail • Great verbal and written communication skills
