As a team leader you are responsible for high quality deliveries and right environment. Setting short term and one-year targets for the technicians and making sure team to achieve the targets – creating transparency and following up to all targets.
• Develop an overview of HVAC and Black Utility systems and operational requirements
• Participate in validation activities
• Responsible for system operation and maintenance in good control
• Participate in development of systems operating procedures and systems training of operators
• Drive problem solving/investigation response for local problems and comprehensive NCs
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement locally with documented benefit and drive
local improvement projects
• Responsible for developing and maintaining local procedures and standards within the process
area
• Ensure validation and verification of processes, machines and equipment
• Responsible for event response and NC handling during validation
• Create and review CR cases for relevant changes including update of standards
Requirements
• A master/bachelor’s degree in mechanical/ Chemical Engineering or other relevant major degree. • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or similar industries, including at least 3 years within utilities. General knowledge of one or more relevant fields to understand how processes are correlated • Deep knowledge of behavior in GMP environment and understanding about business needs and ability to integrate specialist knowledge and business targets • Has delivered high quality results and demonstrated ability to improve processes. • Ability to communicate from operator level to management level. As technical personnel be able to conduct convincing arguments. • Ability to motivate and lead people especially in change processes • Experienced with pharmaceutical HVAC and water systems; experienced with maintenance systems. • Preferable experience with validation: IQ/OQ/PQ • Fluent in English • Flexibility to work occasionally in shifts Working at Novo Nordisk At Novo Nordisk, your skills, dedication and ambition help us change lives for the better.
