Job Description

•Main Objective:
As a member of managerial team, the Field Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for managing Field Sales and Marketing teams (Medical Representatives, Supervisors/Team Leaders and Key Account Specialists), whose principal functions are actively visiting Physicians, Nurses, Pharmacists, Purchase Officers, etc. and ensuring the company products are well presented to and selected by target groups. This position will report to Business Unit Development Director.

•Main Responsibilities:
-Implementing company’s commercial plans in the field
-Actively managing field sales and marketing with 70-80% of time spent in the field
-Training and coaching subordinate teams
-Participating in development of company’s strategic plan
-Leading the development and maintenance of relationships with customers and accounts
-Leading territory management, customer segmentation, and frequent effective calls
-Collecting data from the field to actively attend at commercial meetings
-Achieving quarterly and annual targets
-Full collaboration with Medical
-Working in accordance with company’s compliance and ethical regulation
*This is a full time job

Requirements

-M.D., Pharm. D. or related majors -Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing -Good presentation skills -Excellent communication and negotiation skills -Ready for frequent travels within the country -Good command of written and spoken English -Experienced with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) -Candidate Location: Tehran
