Job Description

• Follow operational end to end action with the subcontractors to erase the network Problem.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdown or failure.
• Fix the problem in case of an outage and define an action plan to avoid the same problem in the future.
• Verify network installations and activities are performed according to safety rules.
• Support Network integration for the integration of elements and ensure all alarms are cleared before any confirmation.
• Perform PM activities on each site assigned to his region, produce a report on each site with the detailed problem and propose a solution.
• Detect all elements (Gen-Set, AC, Tower…) related issues regarding all CM and PM needs to be performed.
• Follow and audit PM done by the subcontractors.
• Check the preventive maintenance report provided by the subcontractors and highlight in case of deviations.
• Work closely with Back Office, Customer Care, and Optimization to solve customer complaints related to his area, Fix the customer complaint within the agreed SLA.
• Receive Work Order/CR, check and confirm if any problem can be issued during the execution, inform the management in case of issues.
• Respect the agreed SLA for WO/CR execution and inform the Front office shift of any delay regarding previously agreed timeline execution.
• Check before leaving the sites, and confirm the clearance for all the alarms with the Front office engineer.
• Prepare weekly meetings with the Subcontractors to define an action plan regarding the Radio alarm still pending, projects, and action plan.
• Report and address immediately any deviations and anomalies, and ensure to send maintenance intervention report after each intervention (Internal or from Subcontractors).
• Ensure all the information regarding the trouble (Alarms, Customer complaints) is completed in the system (Trouble Ticket /Network Database).
• Ensure stock database is always updated.
• Update the network database for each action done in the network.
• Be responsible to have full information regarding the materials, equipment, and routing plan for his updated region (Soft & Hard).
• Produce a monthly report on all power/Transmission/HW outages and provide root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in relevant technical fields. • 2 years in operating modern cellular telecommunications systems, preferably GSM. • At least a BS degree in related majors such as Electrical Engineering, etc. • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, etc.). • Ability to work off hours depending on Network outages and Customer requests. • Full-time availability (24x7) to support after office hours and be able to relocate within the country.
