Job Description

• Responsible to lead and supervise the day-to-day finance and accounting functions including not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, audit and VAT • Managing the external auditor relationship and ensuring the organization in compliment with accounting standards
• Managing and overseeing the taxation affairs of the organization and liaising with the external tax firm for specialist advice
• Carrying out the complete process of entering into Stock- Exchange and handling all afterwards related Stock- Exchange development
• Familiarity with budgeting, cash flow and reinvestment

Requirements

• At least a bachelor's degree in a related field at a recognized university • At least 10 years of managerial experience and 5 years of experience in the stock market • Familiarity with the method of entering the stock exchange and proficiency in stock exchange documents • Familiarity with financial software (including user interface and system)
